These terms govern the purchase of physical products (e.g. CDs and T-shirts) offered on this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1. Products Offered
The available products include music CDs and official T-shirts related to the artistic project of Erik Segel. Descriptions, prices, and product details are shown on each product page.
2. Prices and Taxes
All prices include applicable taxes in Spain, in accordance with the seller’s tax regime.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the type of product and the shipping method selected.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through secure platforms such as Stripe, which allow the use of credit/debit cards. This website does not store any financial data.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected (standard or tracked) and the destination.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued after deducting the payment platform fee (1.5% + €0.25).
Refunds will be made via:
- Bank transfer to the customer, or
- The same payment platform used (Stripe)
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or fault attributable to the seller.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without needing to provide any reason, provided the item has not been used.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller by email at eriksegelofficial@gmail.com and return the product under the conditions described above.
