Precios e impuestos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los precios incluyen los impuestos aplicables en Espa\u00f1a, conforme al r\u00e9gimen fiscal del titular.<br>Los gastos de env\u00edo se detallan durante el proceso de compra y dependen del tipo de producto y m\u00e9todo elegido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. M\u00e9todos de pago<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pagos se realizan a trav\u00e9s de plataformas seguras como <strong>Stripe<\/strong>, que permiten el uso de tarjeta bancaria. No se almacenan datos financieros en este sitio web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Env\u00edos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pedidos se procesan en un plazo de <strong>2 a 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> desde la recepci\u00f3n del pago.<br>El tiempo de entrega depender\u00e1 del tipo de env\u00edo seleccionado (postal o certificado) y del destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Devoluciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se aceptan devoluciones dentro de los <strong>14 d\u00edas naturales<\/strong> siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n del pedido, <strong>siempre que el producto se devuelva en perfecto estado, sin usar y en su embalaje original.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez recibido el producto devuelto y verificado su estado, se proceder\u00e1 al reembolso del importe pagado, <strong>descontando las comisiones cobradas por la plataforma de pago (1,5% + 0,25\u202f\u20ac).<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reembolso se realizar\u00e1 mediante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transferencia bancaria al cliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O bien mediante la misma plataforma de pago utilizada (Stripe)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los gastos de devoluci\u00f3n correr\u00e1n a cargo del cliente,<\/strong>salvo error o defecto imputable al vendedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Derecho de desistimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a la legislaci\u00f3n de consumidores de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, el comprador tiene derecho a <strong>desistir de la compra dentro de los 14 d\u00edas naturales siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n del pedido<\/strong>, sin necesidad de justificar su decisi\u00f3n, siempre que el producto no haya sido usado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ejercer este derecho, el cliente debe notificarlo por email a <a>eriksegelofficial@gmail.com<\/a> e iniciar la devoluci\u00f3n en las condiciones descritas en el apartado anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
